Who is Lizzy-Grace?

The Child who Knew

I already knew.

Not in words. Not yet.

But in the way a six-year-old sits quietly at a window and watches the world outside —

and somehow feels the distance between what is and what could be.

I wasn't waiting for someone to tell me what I was here for.

I was already listening for it.

We were doing that thing at school where you stand up in front of the class and say what you want to be when you grow up.

This was a rural town. The girls wanted to be mummies. Occasionally a nurse or a secretary. The boys wanted to be firemen, policemen, work at the local garage, drive the big tractors.

Then it was my turn.

I stood up — boldly, openly, without any idea what was coming — and I said:

"I don't know what you call it. But I want to teach people how to love themselves."

The boys burst out laughing. Some of the girls started to giggle. The teacher — to his utter horror — did nothing. Let it go. One of the boys was on the floor, rolling around.

You'd think I'd have run away and hidden.

I just sat there. Looked at them. And thought:

You have absolutely no idea what I just said.

And in that moment — ten years old, in a classroom in a small country town — I made a decision I've never unmade.

I was never going to feed that.

The thread that ran from that room to Here

I didn't comply. Not really. Not Ever

I tried once or twice. Got involved in the church. Did everything right. Taught Sunday school. Was a very good girl on the outside.

But in my heart, I never really complied. I just couldn't.

Because all I wanted — from the time I could want anything — was for people to drop their masks and be real. To stop performing. To stop needing to be consumable in order to be valuable.

Everywhere I went, that felt like the thing nobody wanted to do.

So I kept moving. Kept learning.

I Kept crossing into the next layer of understanding — through coaching, breathwork, somatic work, family systems, consciousness work, mediation, clinical frameworks and more.

Over two decades. Significant investment — financially and in every other way.

Not collecting qualifications. Looking for what actually worked.

Finding the same gap, over and over again.

Brilliant people.

Deeply self-aware.

Doing everything right.

Still not free.

I Walked Away

Then, in my forties, I walked away from everything.

The marriage. The status. The social connections. The prestigious circles. The leadership roles. The carefully constructed life that looked, from the outside, like it was working.

I lost what most people would call everything.

And honestly? By that point, I really didn't give a fuck.

Because I'd figured something out.

Being needed — being the one who served, helped, fixed, supported — was the mechanism. The way you got to matter.

The way you stayed in the room. And it was packaged beautifully as service and love.

But the moment you stepped outside that container, became your own person, owned your own ground? There was no place for you.

Not unless you were willing to put yourself back under someone else's covering.

And there was no way on God's earth I was going to do that.

So I walked.

The fuck-up fairy

That's when she got her name.

The fuck-up fairy. She'd been with me my whole life. But when you walk away from everything, she gets louder. More creative. More relentless.

What I discovered — on the other side of naming her,

was that I was no longer afraid of her.

Because the law of the universe is this: a positive cannot exist without a negative.

If something is in your backyard, you can panic about it, or you can plant it, fertilise with it, and let something of value grow.

Shit is evidence of what once was. It falls to the ground. Gets used elsewhere. Fertilises what comes next.

The fuck-up fairy isn't the enemy. She's the training. The high-intensity, completely personalised training that only arrives for the ones who are ready to find the gold on the other side of it.

I made peace with her. And everything changed.

The Oliver Fieldwork ARC

I didn't build Oliver Fieldwork from theory.

I built it from thirty years at the intersection of human consciousness, behaviour, and the mechanics of lasting change.

I built it because insight was never enough. Because I watched brilliant people understand everything about themselves and still not be free. Still performing. Still exhausted. Still waiting for the feeling that was supposed to come with all the work they'd done.

I built it because I was one of those people. And I found the layer that the insight couldn't reach.

Not through more understanding. Through architecture. Through learning to work with the Field itself — what you're made of, what you move through, what responds when you finally stop performing and start being coherent with yourself.

That's what Oliver Fieldwork is.

Not therapy. Not coaching. Not spiritual entertainment.

A structured ARC for the ones who are done seeking and ready to arrive.

What I know for certain

All you've got is all you've got.

Trying to be anything more than that is a lie. Trying to create what you don't have, doesn't get you anything more than what you have. In fact, it takes from what you have.

We get lost in the doing.

We find ourselves in the being.

The illusion we've been sold is crumbling. What's left — when the performance drops, when the seeking stops, when the noise finally settles — is literally the space that remains.

And in that space?

Everything you've been looking for has been waiting.

Perhaps you are wondering...

Is This Work for Me?

Only YOU Can Answer That.

Perhaps the answer is here

The work

Three decades. Every modality. Coaching, breathwork, somatic work, consciousness work, mediation, family systems, clinical frameworks, and more. Trained alongside the best in the world. Applied everything. Kept what worked.

I Built Oliver Fieldwork because it needed to exist — and nobody else was building it.
